USER AGREEMENT

User Agreement for "Imperial-Boost"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This agreement defines the terms of interaction between the administration of the imperial-boost.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the provision of boosting and coaching services for games, including World of Warcraft and Destiny 2.

1.2. The agreement is presented as a public offer, and by starting to use the service, the User agrees to comply with all the rules and terms of this document.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to amend the text of the agreement by notifying users through the publication of the updated version at the following address: https://imperial-boost.com/terms/ The User is required to independently monitor updates, and by continuing to use the site, confirms agreement with the new terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The use of the service is only possible after full acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

2.2. Actions related to using the site's functionality are confirmation of the User's acceptance of the agreement.

3. REGISTRATION

3.1. Registration on the site is carried out by filling out a form where the User provides their personal data.

3.2. After successful registration, the User gains access to all functions and services of the site.

5. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The User undertakes to pay for services in a timely manner and not to interfere with the order's execution.

5.2. The User acknowledges the risk of temporary game account suspension due to complaints or actions by third parties and accepts this risk.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1. All materials on the site (design, text, graphics, and other elements) are the property of the Administration or respective copyright holders and are protected by copyright law.

6.2. Any use of materials is only possible within the functionality provided by the site.

7. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The agreement takes effect upon the User's acceptance and remains in effect as long as the User continues to use the site.

8. PRIVACY

9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations under this agreement in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, etc.).

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. Disputes between the parties are to be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, through the courts.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. The agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the service owner is registered.
